The Oklahoma Nurses Association (ONA) invites your business or organization to participate in the upcoming Nurses Day at the Capitol on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. The address of the venue is 1700 Northeast 63rd St, Oklahoma City, OK. We experienced 400 plus attendees last year, from across Oklahoma, who participated in this event, which includes nurses, nurse practitioners, educators, and student nurses.

Registration Deadline is: February 20, 2026

Those who are Organizational Sponsors of ONA receive a complimentary exhibit table. For more information or specific questions contact events@oklahomanurses.org. 

Exhibitor Details: Exhibitor set up will begin at 6:30 am March 3, 2026, at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum at 1700 N.E. 63rd Street in Oklahoma City. Attendees will have time to visit with exhibitors from 7:30 - 8:30 am and a 30-minute break during the program as well as at the conclusion.

Payment and Cancellation Terms: Payment in full is required to reserve an exhibit table and sponsorships. Since benefits can be realized without any representatives in actual attendance, no refunds will be given to organizations who opt to cancel. In the unlikely event that ONA finds it necessary to cancel or reschedule this event, each prepaid sponsor/exhibitor can opt to receive a full refund or have the option of moving their sponsorship to the rescheduled event.
