Oklahoma Nurses Foundation
The Oklahoma Nurses Foundation Trustees have created a Tornado Relief Fund for nurses affected by the May 2013 tornados. Nurses lost property such as homes, cars and other personal belongings including professional items and others have suffered property damage. While insurance and state/federal disaster assistance maybe available to these nurses and their families ONF would like to assist them in-between the arrival of these funds as well as to provide funds for expenses not covered.
Donations to the Oklahoma Nurses Tornado Relief Fund may be made to the Oklahoma Nurses Foundation, please use this online form. (Downloadable PDF forms are available to the right) First priority will be to provide ONA members with relief funds, followed by non-member nurses who have lost everything.
